Duration and coast of coaching
Transformation doesn't happen overnight. It takes time and personal commitment. Success only comes when you're willing to leave your comfort zone, face honest feedback, and exercise a certain level of discipline.
The frequency of coaching sessions largely depends on you, your situation, and your development: from intensive phases with weekly coaching sessions to brief orientation sessions every few months, everything is possible. Most of my coaching sessions are conducted via video call. However, in-person appointments in my region of Gruyères are also possible (5 minutes from the Bulle highway exit). |
