Franziska Beerle has been working as a coach, trainer, and therapist for 30 years. After making Gstaad her preferred place of residence for many years, she now lives in Morlon, in the canton of Fribourg, with her long-term partner.

It took Franziska some time to have the famous "click." As the middle child of three, she experienced a youth full of challenges, violence, and abuse. At the age of 16, Franziska finally found the courage to break free from this situation and began a search. A search that many people face - the search for love, trust, security, and a better future. Driven by a strong curiosity, she underwent numerous trainings, initially mainly in the field of physical exercise, to pursue her joy and great talent for sports, dance, and movement. As Franziska evolved from a student to a teacher, it quickly became clear that she had a lot to offer to other people. The activity of helping others helped Franziska to advance her own healing. As a result, she realized that painful experiences in her youth not only caused damage but could also unleash talents and abilities that would otherwise have remained unused. Over the years, Franziska has developed extensive expertise, particularly in dealing with pain, and has treated numerous people who suffered from chronic pain. Eventually, she realized that ultimately there is no difference whether pain is physical or emotional in nature. Franziska pursued further education in the field of emotional and spiritual healing. Psychology became a focus of her studies and work, especially systemic therapy and modern psychological astrology.

Born in 1964, Franziska has been working independently as a therapist and holistic coach since 1996. She is also a speaker and seminar leader. Her extensive training includes body and breath therapy, personal training, and sports therapy, as well as gymnastics instruction. She is a yoga teacher with in-depth knowledge of all yoga styles, and she is trained in systemic family, couple, and individual therapy, as well as psychological astrology.

After many years of silence and reflection, Franziska has undergone significant self-exploration with the support of wonderful coaches and teachers. She is happily involved in a long-term relationship.
